Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Zema is designed, developed and owned by Noah Tech LLC, a registered company. “We” and “us” in this policy means Noah Tech LLC.

2. Information we use

We use only your name and email address, and only to identify you and manage your Zema account. If you contact us, we also receive the message you choose to send.

We do not process any other personal data. We do not collect your contacts, location, microphone audio or device identifiers for advertising.

3. How we use it

Your name and email are used to create and secure your account, sign you in, and reply to your support requests. Nothing else.

4. No sharing with other parties

We do not sell, rent, share or pass your personal data to other parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to our team by email through a form-delivery service, and are used only to reply to you.

Card payments, where offered, are handled directly by our payment provider, Stripe, under its own privacy policy. Card details never reach us or get stored by us.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard security to protect your account. Access to account data is limited to what is needed to run Zema.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep your name and email only while your account is active. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@noahtechllc.com, and we will act on the request promptly.

7. International use

Zema is available to people across Africa and worldwide. Where local law gives you additional rights over your data, we respect them.

8. Children’s privacy

Zema is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age permitted by local regulations.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
